Refreshing the page usually helps! Hosting this game in browser has been a bit janky with the size of the game. I've found that refreshing the page has fixed the zip error pretty well with other people who have played through my website.
I'm also working on ways to make this thing smaller so it can run better. Thank you for caring enough to leave a comment to help me!
